CTRUST Workshop Trust: Foundation, Measurement, and Relevance

CTRUST project, together with EUROCC4SEE, organize two days workshop on the topic of collective trust. Trust is a force that holds society together. The emergence of trust in a social group is a collective phenomenon that is not well understood. CTRUST aims to understand the emergence of collective trust in online social groups using combined approaches from statistical physics, computer science and sociology. The workshop will bring together researchers from multiple disciplines in a series of talks and discussions focused on the foundations, measurement, and societal relevance of online social groups and emergence of collective trust in them. The CTRUST workshop will take place at Institute of Physics Belgrade on 22 and 23 December 2025.
